Harriet is an accomplished leader in the Immigration and Justice sector, known for fostering positive cultures for staff and residents. A subject matter expert in reducing violence, self-harm, and suicide, Harriet empowers senior leaders, especially women, in traditionally male-dominated industries. With a playful yet compassionate approach, she shares impactful stories that shift perspectives.

Starting as a Prison Officer in 2005 through the Prison Service Graduate Programme, Harriet held leadership roles in twelve prisons over 18 years, often leading rapid change in struggling facilities. In 2022, she transitioned to Immigration, where she now oversees a team of over 1,000.
